Upon check-in, the staff had issues producing my room key, making for a frustrating start. The cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing as I found hair on the floor, leaving me feeling uneasy about the overall hygiene. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was extremely poor, making it difficult to enjoy a decent wash, and I struggled with the TV remote due to dead batteries, which the front desk failed to provide promptly.
